ORDERED ITEMS & SHIPPING ENQUIRIES

Once the Jewellery has been ordered online, the Jewellery is then confirmed via email by the team and handmade individually.

 

Australia & New Zealand: Please allow 10-15 working days for Australia & N.Z Shipping and crafting

International: Please allow 15-20 working days for shipping and crafting.

 

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS:

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are shipped Via Express Post and a small Fee of $5.00 will be charged.This Includes a beautifully wrapped Individual Gift Voucher with Alicia Sarra Signature Wax Seal, which is sent directly to Reciepients address provided by you with details for a special message.

Please allow 2-3 working days.

If you wish to purchase a Alicia Sarra Gift Voucher Amount that exceeds $500, Please don't hesitate to contact us @ info@aliciasarra.com.au 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificate which is a digital Gift Certificate that you will recieve to your email with details you have provided. Once the payment is recieved,This will ensure you have the Gift certificate same day and you can forward or print to the lucky reciepient.

If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products they will be shipped separately and standard shipping rates will apply for Gift Your Voucher if sold in Australia or New Zealand.

PACKAGING

Each item is Boxed and Labelled with Alicia Sarra Signature Wax Seal and packaged with care. Individually Tissue wrapped with AS sticker,Then placed in custom made 100% Recycled black/earthy tone colour box, Finished with a Couture Wax Seal with AS Signature.

Your package will be wrapped in bubble wrap for the most protection, before being shipped to you.

 

DELIVERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All orders require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please ensure someone will be at the specified shipping address to sign for your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted, unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel the order.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS:

Australian & New Zealand orders are Free shipping for all valued clients.

Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

International Shipping costs will vary, depending on the weight of each time.

We have taken the time to weigh each item for you, Please use the calculator provided which will give you a guide for total cost.

Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

 

RETURNS - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Alicia Sarra DOES NOT process Refunds or except Returns if you simply change your mind, so please select carefully before purchasing.

If you wish to return a Damaged or Faulty Product, Alicia Sarra will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece with in the guidelines of the following process:

  • That the product was purchased within 4 weeks of faulty date.
  • You must provide 'A Proof of Purchase' either an emailed receipt or bank statement is sufficient
  • You must notify Alicia Sarra by email to notify or please call Alicia Sarra directly.
  • You must return the Product to Alicia Sarra Postal address. Po Box 1597, Fremantle Western Australia 6959.

Alicia Sarra will refund the price to you in full or replace the original product, after above guidelines have been met.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Alicia Sarra however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.

Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made to a Alicia Sarra stockist.
